Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Sauna Living (operated by Tositek Inc.).
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used in a sauna environment (heat-exposed)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sauna scents and consumables once opened
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@saunaliving.ca with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back at your cost using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith photos of the damage. We'll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return + new order. Email us first so we can hold the replacement item if it's low in stock.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, first check with your bank or credit card company — refunds can take longer to post than purchases. If you've checked and still don't see it, contact us at hello@saunaliving.ca.
