Shipping Policy

Sauna Living, operated by Tositek Inc., ships from Canada. We're currently in preview mode and not accepting live orders; the policy below describes how shipping will work once the store opens for orders.
Where We Ship
We currently fulfill orders to addresses within Canada, with international shipping rolling out in phases. Live rates and available carriers will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Carriers and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using ClickShip, which compares major Canadian carriers (Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and others) in real time. We pass through the carrier rate without markup.
Processing Time
Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern, on weekends, or on Canadian holidays ship the next business day.
Transit Time
Estimated transit time after shipping (Canadian destinations):
- Ontario / Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Maritimes / Prairies / BC: 3–7 business days
- Northern territories: 5–14 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and customs (for international shipments) can extend transit time.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 7 days. For lost shipments, we'll work with the carrier to file a claim — please allow up to 14 days from the original estimated delivery before reporting a package as lost.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't intercept or re-route packages once they're in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping (re-shipping costs are not covered).
Customs and Duties (International)
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are billed by the carrier or local customs authority, not by us.
